A. We are in charge of training work of installation(including lock and management software)for free in our factory.
B. Our period of warranty is two years. All the spare parts is free during the period. If it is really something wrong with our products we can't solve it, we will ask the customer send the bad lock back and change a good one to them for free.
C. If the customers have any question of our product, we can help them solve it by e-mail. We will help them until they solve it.
Shipment:
Normally we will use UPS, DHL, FEDEX or EMS express. It usually takes 3-7 working days depending on the countries deliver to. We can also arrange other shipment way per your requirement and instruction, such as sea shipment, air shipment, etc.
